Documents can be stored against the profile of a reliever. There are two areas. In the first area ‘Supporting Documents From Your Reliever’ both the reliever and you can add documents to this area, and both the reliever and you can see these documents. In the second area ‘Supporting Documents For Internal Use’ only you can add documents to this area, and only you can see these documents.
- Select ‘Relievers’
- Select ‘Active Relievers’
- Choose the reliever
- Select ‘Supporting Documents’
- Here you will find any documents added by your reliever, click on the document you wish to view
- Here you will find any documents uploaded by you, these files are for your internal records only, and cannot be seen by the reliever
- Click ‘Browse’ to add documents.
