A ‘Read Only’ user has access to your organisation’s StaffSync account, and is able to view the jobs published by your organisation.

- Select ‘Our Profile’
- Select ‘Our Users’
- Click ‘Add a New User’
You will see a user form appear below:

- Enter the user’s details – (location is optional)
- Select ‘Read Only ‘ as the security level
- Ensure all these toggles are set to ‘No’
- Select ‘Save Users Details’
Your new user can now log in to StaffSync using their email address, and the password is set to ‘password’ all lowercase.
